Parsippany-Troy Hills Township, commonly known as Parsippany, is located in Morris County, New Jersey, The township's population is 53,238 (2010 census). Since 2006, Parsippany-Troy Hills has been consistently recognized by Money magazine as one of the Best Places to Live in the United States. Originally ranked 17th on the list, Parsippany's ranking improved to the 5th-ranked position on the "Best Places" list in 2016, and was rated #1 Place to Live in New Jersey in 2018.

Parsippany-Troy Hills boasts 30 parks, including Knoll Park, Lake Parsippany Park, and Cameron Dog Park—and is so green it became an Arbor Day Foundation-designated "Tree City USA."
